Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Local (Egypt): 2–5 business days.

International: 7–14 business days depending on location and customs clearance.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
